Seller Instructions


The seller needs to create an account at Domestic Beekeepers’ Marketplace (DBM)

The steps that the seller needs to follow:

  1. Sign up/Login to the Seller Account
  2. Complete application to create account
  3. Choose membership plan
  4. Input company description (It will be visible on your business profile page)
  5. Add products
  6. Provide Your Business Paypal Email address for payment processing
  7. Once your products are approved by DBM, the products will be available on the Marketplace

 

  

TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS PLEASE HAVE READILY AVAILABLE:

  • Company Description
  • Beekeeper registration number
  • Your Business Paypal Email address

  • Company profile image
  • Company Logo or a photo related to your company
  • Company Banner image

 

Product:

  • Description of each product type
  • Image (including all product variation images)
  • Weight (for all product variations)

 

 

IMAGE Requirements:

Seller profile image

Image can be uploaded of any dimension, but we recommend you to upload image with dimension of 185x185 px.

Seller Company Logo

Image can be uploaded of any dimension, but we recommend you to upload image with dimension of 165x165 px.

Company Banner Image

Image can be uploaded of any dimension, but we recommend you to upload image with dimension of 900x250 px.

 

Product Image

Image can be uploaded of any dimension, but we recommend you to upload image with dimension of 1024x1024 & its size must be less than 15MB.

 

 

 

Seller Login/Sign Up:

The seller needs to sign up on the Marketplace or log in to access the account.

This is the signup/login page for the seller.

 

To start adding products to the store, the seller needs to register/login.

 

 

Seller Dashboard

This is the view of the seller dashboard once the seller has successfully logged in.

 

The seller has access to the information of the products, orders, commission (admin share in the order), etc. at the dashboard.

 

 

 

Configuration

 

Company Profile

Seller can manage their account from the “My Account” submenu under Profile menu. With my account page, the seller profile page photo, banner image, and all the personal information can be managed:

Product listings

Under the menu - PRODUCTS >> PRODUCT LISTINGS, all the product related information will be there and the product can be edited, viewed and deleted from here:

 

From the “bulk edit” option in the above screenshot, seller can bulk edit the products and can add the products via csv file to the app.

 

Orders

A seller can view and manage all the orders from the “ORDERS” menu under order listing:

 The order listing page will list all the orders placed for the seller and the seller can fulfill the order by viewing the order from the order view page.

 

Under order menu, the submenu “Payment Received”, this section shows the payment due and the total payment received by the seller.

 

 

Under the “Payment Details” submenu, a seller can add the details of the payment mode by which he wishes to receive his earning from the Marketplace:

 

 

The Seller can manage the invoice and all the other configurations (if enabled from the admin).
