Black pepper encourages easy respiration. Black pepper thins mucus and phlegm. Finely grind five to six roasted black peppers and mix with a tablespoon of honey.
Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey
Apple cider vinegar kills bacteria and germs. It also lines the throat lining with a sort of barrier or protective layer. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of raw honey in warm to hot water.
